This news page should become the first page you hit when you want an update on what's happening, where, when and who's running the session.

On the right is a list of dates and titles. You will see that the latest date is always at the top and the oldest date is always at the bottom. This means that the latest entry will always be the first to appear.

Club officials will update the list regularly, informing members of where sessions will take place and which coaches will be responsible for the sessions.

Details of any trips planned will also be placed in this list as well as being mentioned on the forum
