OK, looking to put something together for a weekend on Dartmoor on 20/21 Feb. Probably looking at the Loop or lower. If there is no water or too much then I'm thinking the trip can go ahead as a "Walking the Moor's rivers" type trip.

As it's Feb probably be best to stay in a bunkhouse somewhere on the Moor
